First, marinade the shrimp in the salt, pepper and corn flour for a bit. Deep fry the shrimp. Remove from wok and drain oil on some kitchen towels. Leave about 1 tbsp of oil in the wok. Fry the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add a dash of the wine and some more salt and pepper. Put the shrimps into the wok and stir around gently. Remove from wok and serve hot.
