Here's a homemade recipe (very simple) given to me by my mom:
Ingredients:
2 stalks of mui choy (salted)
Minced garlic (about 2 tsp)
Soy sauce
Pork chopped into bite sized pieces
Method: Heat up about 1 tsp of oil in the wok. Put in minced garlic and fry till fragrant. Add a little bit of soy sauce for flavour. Then put in the pork pieces and stir fry till almost cooked. Finally add in the chopped mui choy (about 1 inch pieces) and add some water and stir occassionally till cooked. It's a great and simple recipe.. will put in pictures next time. Had it for lunch and was too hungry to remember to take pics!
