Today's post is simple, just a simple breakfast in my household of nourishing foo chuk with egg dessert and the uber popular Singaporean stir fried rice noodles. Foo chuk is actually dried beancurd sheets and the Chinese believe that this specific type of dessert soup is nourishing and is especially soothing if you are suffering from a sore throat or a dry cough. As a huge lover of pretty props, I was delighted when I was contacted by Lazada Malaysia where Lin requested for me to write up a blog post featuring products from Lazada. So naturally, I selected some pretty Maxwell Williams tableware as my props for the day. These colourful and delicately feminine tableware will definitely brighten up any dining table!
A big thanks to Lazada for more lovely props to add to my collection!
Please refer here for my mom's easy foo chuk with eggs recipe and here for the Singaporean fried mee hoon recipe.
