I must confess that I love every ingredient listed on the post title! Crispy Chicken (anything crispy is comforting and good!) Seaweed (yums!~) Patties with Lime-Soy (wow this is definitely new and exciting!) Dipping Sauce or Wasabi Mayonnaise (again another great sauce not to be missed!). Ha sorry greedy me ;)

These look amazing, I like how different they are. I use ground chicken quite often, and my daughter loves nori (she uses furikake on her rice just for the seaweed taste). I have everything except the chicken right now. What a great idea...I should have and Asian themed tapas party, or would it be more like dim sum, but not steamed? Hmmmm...
