How I've missed your blog Jen! Hope everything is well with you. It looks like you've been cooking and eating delicious meals. :-) I hear a lot of people saying kneading dough is therapeutic. My arms may not go up next day since I'm out of shape. I love Naan too. This looks delicious as always Jen!! I have to check other recipes you have posted...

Your naan has risen so much....:D...as I prefer thin-crust pizza no matter what crust (flatbread, naan or even bread!)...it is thin-crust naan pizza for me. Luckily I don't have to bake! So I don't know how to. Also pineapple on pizza is one of my fav. toppings.
