i'm from bangkok, and i've never heard of satay that contains ketchup in it's ingredients nor the chili sauce and thai stir fry sauce with a glaze sauce - usually it's a peanut sauce and a cucumber thing...usually there's coconut milk and some and yellow curry powder - but it does look good and i am always up for something new!! i'm heading out to an asian market something this week and will try making this! thanks for sharing! ;)
