So am I! That's why I 'cheated' by using a peeler first, it's so hard for me to do just with a knife :DTastes of Home (Jen)http://www.tastesofhome.blogspot.com[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8092092153094298213.post-90174015044715674312011-03-03T10:22:23.689+08:002011-03-03T10:22:23.689+08:00Beautiful! Also, as a side note, I'm in San Francisco and many of the restaurants here will serve Ham Don, even though it's an inexpensive dish. The problem is that sometimes, they don't wan to do it b/c it takes their steamer up for too long and is not worth their time.Dina @ The Dish and The Dirthttp://www.thedishandthedirt.com[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8092092153094298213.post-49395995660721339142011-03-02T22:52:09.538+08:002011-03-02T22:52:09.538+08:00That does look very yummy and refreshing. Now that you mention it, I never ate cold noddles in Malaysia (unless you can count chendol, ha ha ha), and my first taste of a cold noodle "salad" was when I moved to Australia.
