Jen, first of all, CONGRAS on Getty Images!!! That's so cool! But you know what, you are one of most influential food styling/photographer that I visit and I'm so happy for you Jen!!!! I also love these curry puffs. Japanese have similar curry bread and sometimes it's in puff pastry. Your post make me miss home! Thanks for sharing this. I'm going to make it with Japanese curry and try to make it just like ones in Japanese bakery.... ^_^
