Hi Nami! Yes, you can replace the coconut milk with regular milk or natural yoghurt for a creamier consistency. The korma is different in that it is very mild, almost non-spicy :) I know, curries are always so comforting esp. in rainy/ cold weather..

I have never heard of Korma curry - how is it different from regular curry powder? I'd love to try... I love curry, but I can only take milk ones. :-) I like the pictures of your spices. I think that photo is so cute. This curry is a perfect food for the weather in SF right now...
