Hi Fibrolady, thanks for stopping by! yes, in fact I'm going to post steamed buns soon, if you want a 'short cut' you can purchase the pau flour (usually packaged in Vietnam) in any Asian store for the pau/ bun dough and just choose a filling that you like. I will be posting my recipe soon and you must have read my mind, will be posting another dumpling recipe soon! :)
