I'm sure u did good - if not your family won't like it right?! but I know what u mean, sometimes after cooking, I feel really 'full' even before eating, it's totally normal.

haha, if i get the chance, I will..where do u live btw? I'm quite curious since you said you could not find fresh prawns.Tastes of Homehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13208185270106357252[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8092092153094298213.post-356230890992085842008-08-03T22:24:00.000+08:002008-08-03T22:24:00.000+08:00I am kinda dissapointed in my cooking :( Family li...I am kinda dissapointed in my cooking :( Family liked it but I didn't so much. Maybe because I couldn't find real prawns either, I had to use a seafood mix.

Anyway, I almost never enjoy anything I cook so that might be the reason. Especialy when it comes to Asian cooking, I feel that it doesn't taste genuine >_<

Well, you know what to do you have to cook for me :)Bay[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8092092153094298213.post-16343836829354906002008-08-02T05:23:00.000+08:002008-08-02T05:23:00.000+08:00hey bay! where are u located? green onions might j...hey bay! where are u located? green onions might just be called scallions where u are.

Yup, just substitute with chicken if you want, I like to add more pepper and soy to mine but remember to do a taste test first ok?! hehe...u might like it saltier or less salty than me. Of course, add the soy sauce gradually as the dish can still be 'saved' when it is not salty enough but not when it's too salty! LOL

hope u like it! btw, I think chives should be fine. have fun!Tastes of Homehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13208185270106357252[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8092092153094298213.post-5275778778743470052008-08-02T04:37:00.000+08:002008-08-02T04:37:00.000+08:00I'm gonna try to cook this on sunday!
