This reminds me of the Peking Duck dish (sorry I know it's not the same but the look and hoisin sauce...), but with chicken it seems much easier to cook at home! My whole family would enjoy this! My little ones love the pita bread or buns and they love Asian seasonings more than Western sauce... Great dish Jen! Have a great weekend. :-)
