Hmmm I love Chinese dish like this - when we order similar dish at a Chinese restaurant with friends, I'll be the only one who's focusing on eating this while others are eating more meat/seafood dish. I love that much. I hope I can find this condiment. I'll have to take a look at an Asian market I go to.
