I'm glad you liked the bread..oh yes dough is so funny, behaving differently in different weathers I think - my bread always rises well in the oven though but thanks for your tip, I shall try that next time!tastesofhomejen[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8092092153094298213.post-58603295789307197062011-01-25T13:20:54.091+08:002011-01-25T13:20:54.091+08:00mizzy - thanks for the feedback! Thanks for sharing the tip though, I shall try that next time and I'm sure my readers can benefit from your tip as well :)Jen (Tastes of Home)http://www.blogger.com/profile/04966792588380354927[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8092092153094298213.post-49683768671515946582011-01-25T04:06:37.168+08:002011-01-25T04:06:37.168+08:00I tried this and it was so good and fluffy! Then i added all the rest of the liquid ingredients.

I find that with all bread, you also need to let it rise 3 times to its full size. Unlike cakes, it doesn't rise anymore once it's in the oven. I put my dough inside a warm oven with a bowl of boiling underneath. My dough always raises beautifully that way no matter if the weather outside is cold :)

Hope that helps.Mizzy[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8092092153094298213.post-52679798543505265182010-12-01T14:35:04.883+08:002010-12-01T14:35:04.883+08:00CG - yes this method is excellent for soft and flu...CG - yes this method is excellent for soft and fluffy breads!

Dine - thanks :D

LK - you're too kind! can't wait to check out your breads :DJen (Tastes of Home)http://www.blogger.com/profile/04966792588380354927[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8092092153094298213.post-89884203759670168652010-12-01T13:25:18.092+08:002010-12-01T13:25:18.092+08:00I also used tangzhong method to make sandwich brea...I also used tangzhong method to make sandwich bread and cheesy bread stick recently.
