I remember the first time I tried a wasabi-similar sauce was a dish with prawns. I love it and the wasabi was not at all overpowering with the prawns. I guess it works similarly here. :)

Love the Wasabi Butter sauce recipe. It is just enough different to impart a very different flavor. Can I make another comment regarding the site ? Because of the side strip (tweet-retweet etc) it makes reading a big challenge. Is there a way to do something with it so it is not in the way ?

This is a really good fusion of English and Asian! I've been looking for ways to cook lamp chops, I always stir fry pieces or mince, but this looks excellent! I agree that when my parents like the thing I cook or bake, then it's gone well :)
