I had a lot of problems with the lighting, this was the best shot I could find amongst many haha - was not too happy but next time! (getting too tired and was hungry)

Pancakes for breakfast are such a fantastic treat. I adore lemon curd too, and "pure" version for me too (no cornflour). Try using some lime juice next time too, really nice!

Heheh I see somebody got her pretty plasticware ;p. Looking good! I love lemon curd and never thought of putting it on pancakes. I'm unconventional there, so I love the idea! I've also enjoyed pancakes topped with canned mandarin oranges with syrup and cream cheese "syrup"
